CARNIVORE CHEESECAKE Ingredients: • 32 oz – 4 packets Cream cheese room temperature • 4 Eggs • 16 oz sour cream • 1 stick melted butter • 3 lemons juiced • 2 Tsp baking powder • 2 Tsp vanilla extract • ½ Tsp salt • 1 to 1.5 cup Allulose or sweetener of choice • Nonstick spray Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 325°F 2. Blend room temperature cream cheese until smooth and creamy 3. Add one egg at a time and blend completely into cream cheese before adding next egg then for remaining eggs. 4. Add in sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, melted butter then blend 5. Add in salt and Allulose sweetener to desired sweetness. 6. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray 7.
