CARNIVORE CHEESECAKE Ingredients: • 32 oz – 4 packets Cream cheese room temperature • 4 Eggs • 16 oz sour cream • 1 stick melted butter • 3 lemons juiced • 2 Tsp baking powder • 2 Tsp vanilla extract • ½ Tsp salt • 1 to 1.5 cup Allulose or sweetener of choice • Nonstick spray Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 325°F 2. Blend room temperature cream cheese until smooth and creamy 3. Add one egg at a time and blend completely into cream cheese before adding next egg then for remaining eggs. 4. Add in sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, melted butter then blend 5. Add in salt and Allulose sweetener to desired sweetness. 6. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray 7. Bake at 325°F for 40 minutes or until top is light golden brown then turn off oven and leave cheesecake in oven. 8. Remove from oven once oven cools

Remove crust from oven 5. Top crust with ground beef, mozzarella cheese and bacon bits toppings. 6. Place in oven again at 500°F until cheese melts then remove.

Slice the hot, crisp chicken and transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle ginger scallion sauce over chicken and serve hot. Place the extra sauce on the side.
